At Perfume Headquarter, we strive to provide the lowest possible price for all of our perfumes and colognes. We will price match any of our competitor’s prices so long as they meet the following requirements:

• The item is in stock
• The item ordered is the exact product offered
• It is not a clearance or specially priced item
• The item is not discontinued
• The final price includes shipping costs
• Coupons and other special discounts have not been applied to the item

Perfume Headquarter will make most sincere effort to price match any product that meet these requirements. All price matches are subject to change at any time without notice and need to be approved by a Perfume Headquarter Representative. We reserve the right to refuse any product price match or limit quantities requested. Prices, specifications and availability of our products are subject to change without notice. The price matching policy cannot be used in combination with special promotions and/or additional coupons offered. Perfume Headquarter cannot price match or apply discounts to items that are part of a special sale or promotion, damaged, display models, part of a rewards redemption, on auctioned products, or be applied to previous transactions. We can only price match one competitor and cannot extend this policy to multiple competitors for one purchase. Our special offers including free shipping does not apply with price matched orders.

To submit a price match request, please provide the following information:

• The competitor’s web address
• The final cost of the product including tax and shipping costs
• The item number and code

Ordering:

Once you log in, you can order directly through our website. If you wish, you can also place an order with one of our customer service representatives at 1-888-831-9075. You may also fax us your order at 1-858-831-9357 and it will be processed within 24-48 hours. Please include all of the following information in your fax order: Description of item, Name, Address, telephone number, credit card number, expiration date, three digit cvv number, your billing and shipping address.

Payment:

Perfume Headquarter Inc accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. This is the quickest and most reliable way to receive your order. Your credit card will be charged once the order is place and shipped (within 24 hours). You will also be notified via email with a tracking confirmation, so you will know when to expect your package. In the event that we are out of stock on the item you ordered, you will be notified via email along with an approximate date of when we will have your item in stock.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will apply on all purchases within the state of California. This amount will be added to your merchandise total and will be shown on your credit card bill. All orders shipped outside of California will be exempted from sales tax.

Shipping:

All orders are process within 24-48 hours upon receipt of payment. Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $100 dollars(Only for domestic orders)!!!

Return Policy:

We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If you are unsatisfied for any reason simply follow the instructions below to return your item. All orders must be returned within 14 days and there will be a 15% restocking fee on all opened or used items.
